Carl Watts admitted to attacking 15 women, and to killing 13. He showed the police where 3 of the bodies were buried.
Characteristics: Stalker torture, but no rape
His victims were females of many races/ethnicities but mostly white between the ages of 14 and 44 years old
His M.O was stabbing, slashing, strangulation, downing or bludgeoning
