From August 2005 to June 2006, Phoenix, Arizona was gripped with fear as the “Baseline Killer” stalked the city. Mark Goudeau, a married man with a hidden dark side, was eventually linked to nine murders, multiple sexual assaults, and armed robberies. Disguised and armed, he attacked seemingly at random, at night and in broad daylight, until DNA evidence led to his capture.
