E65: Cannibals of Color II – Zhang Yongming

For the second year in a row, on this special Thanksgiving episode of Fruitloops, Beth and Wendy discuss Cannibals of Color! The subject today is Zhang Yongming, a Chinese citizen who was convicted of killing 11 boys and men in Yunnan province, China.

We dive into the setting (11:00), the killers early life (17:37) and the timeline (18:55).  Then, we get into the investigation & arrest (25:57) followed by “Where are they now?” (31:21). We get into our Take Aways and what we think made the perp snap (32:00).

As usual we close out the show with some shout outs (41:00), crime news (39:50) and of course, some tips on how not to get murdered (36:40).

Thanks for listening! This is a weekly podcast and new episodes drop every Thursday, so until next time… look alive guys, it’s crazy out there!
