In this episode, which is part one of a two parter, Wendy and Beth tell the story of Kendall Francois, aka “The Poughkeepsie Killer”. Francois was a serial killer from Poughkeepsie, New York, who was convicted of killing eight women from 1996 to 1998. We cover Francois’ early life, the timeline and investigation.
